10 Longest winning streaks in NBA history

The Detroit Pistons fell just short of owning the longest single-season losing streak in NBA history. What about the longest winning streak?

The Detroit Pistons ended the longest single-season losing streak in NBA history after clawing and scrapping to a two-point win over the Toronto Raptors on Dec. 30. The Pistons stopped their skid at 28, tying The Process Philadelphia 76ers, who lost the same number across the 2014-15 and 2015-16 seasons.

Detroit's winning streak now stands at one. How many more games would Cade Cunningham and Co. need to win to flip its season around and tie (or break) the longest winning streak in league history?

What is the longest winning streak in Portland Trail Blazers history?

The Blazers' spot in this category will be more pleasing to Portland fans than their place on the longest-losing streak list. While they don't have an all-time dominant run in their history, they do have a relatively lengthy one.

The 1990-91 Blazers won 16 consecutive games from March 20 to April 21, 1991.
