Chip was born and raised in Gresham, Oregon and has been a die-hard Blazer fan his entire life. He moved to Phoenix, AZ about 8 years ago, but his passion for everything Blazers still remains. He currently lives in Surprise, AZ with his wife, Brandi, and their four boys.
