Bleacher Report's Greg Swartz named every NBA team's top three realistic trade targets. Portland Trail Blazers forward Jerami Grant made multiple appearances. He's an ideal target for any team looking to add a tertiary piece to help put them over the top in hopes of making a deep playoff run.

This is especially true given the dwindling trade and free agency market following the offseason moves, which makes a trade more likely. Due to the lack of options on the market, teams may be desperate enough to trade for Grant despite his contract but may still be able to acquire him for a reasonable price, given the Blazers' rebuilding plans.

No. 4: Clippers fill Paul George's void

Grant to Clippers

The Oklahoma City Thunder hold the right to swap the 2025 first-round pick included in the mock proposal.

The Los Angeles Clippers are still trying to contend despite the most notable free agency loss of the offseason in Paul George, who joined the Philadelphia 76ers. Their roster doesn't have enough firepower to do so in the loaded Western Conference, which could force the Clippers' hand into making a deal of this magnitude to acquire a third star and replacement forward for George.

Any trade in which Portland gets off of Grant's five-year, $160 million contract signed last summer and receives first-round draft capital in the process should be considered a win. But it's not a trade proposal that would blow the Blazers away, as Norman Powell and P.J. Tucker aren't assets who fit their timeline. Portland could flip Powell and Tucker, but it seems unlikely that they would be able to get an additional first-round pick.
