Damian Lillard’s crazy shotmaking was again on display in the thrilling win over the Brooklyn Nets. This time, pulling up from half-court in the 4th quarter.

Damian Lillard has been on fire for the Portland Trail Blazers in the NBA Bubble. Not only has he been arguably the best player in the bubble in Orlando, his range and depth of shooting has been on full display.

The only other player in NBA History to shoot with this accuracy and depth, is Stephen Curry, who is injured and not involved in this post-season.

In tonight’s crazy win 134 – 133 over the Brooklyn Nets, the Blazers were down by seven near the start of the fourth quarter and in desperate need of a score as well as a momentum change.

Gathering the ball from a Gary Trent Jr rebound, Dame took one dribble as he stepped on the half-court line, then casually launched into a three-pointer FROM HALFCOURT. NBA on TNT commentary couldn’t believe it either. Reggie Miller exclaiming “OH MY GOODNESS. “

Nothing but net, Lillard drains it and wanders back down the court as the Nets call a timeout.

Lillard’s absurd shotmaking has on been full display during the NBA’s return in Orlando. Check out the percentage that he’s shot on deep threes this season.

Don’t try and tell us this is a bad shot. 42 percent from three is a better percentage than most players shoot from three in their entire career. Dame is at a whole new level this NBA season.

We look forward to him being crowned the bubble MVP and taking this Blazers team to the playoffs.

By beating the Nets, the Blazers now advance to the first-ever NBA play-in tournament against the Memphis Grizzlies. Just one win, and they can make the playoffs.
