Portland Trail Blazers fans know and love Damian Lillard, but where does he rank overall amongst the top point guards in the NBA?

Portland Trail Blazers guard Damian Lillard can now lay claim to being the greatest Blazer of all-time, and a bonafide MVP candidate. His exploits over the last few years have now elevated him into the NBA’s elite.

Dame has seen contemporaries Kyrie Irving, John Wall and Kyle Lowry have All-NBA years, before injuries or lesser roles rob them of their primes or the chance at more accolades. The Blazers haven’t had the team record every year that other playoff contenders have had, but Lillard has been consistent none the less.

Now at age 29, Dame is firmly in his prime and can stand tall alongside the other great, hall of fame guards in this league. He was a top 20 player in the league for a while, over the last years he has firmly been in the top ten.

The league currently has some all-time great players at the point guard position, who are the top five and where does Dame now sit amongst this group?
