DraftKings: Top Daily Fantasy Picks for Trail Blazers vs Rockets

The Portland Trail Blazers will be on the road against Houston Rockets on ESPN tonight. With the amount of points the Rockets score and allow, there will be a lot of value for players in this matchup in daily fantasy.

Coming fresh off a victory against Charolette, the Portland Trail Blazers look to start a win streak against the powerful Houston Rockets.

There is a lot of history between these two teams and the players on them, so this one looks like one worth watching even if you don’t have anyone on your fantasy team involved. However, I believe daily fantasy owners would be wise to capitalize on the players available in tonight’s contest.

Clint Capela, $8,100 – Coming off a strong game against Memphis, Capela should do the same against Portland tonight. Against Memphis, Capela had 16 points and 16 rebounds with a total of 38.5 fantasy points. I do not expect Whiteside to slow down Capela in this game.

Russell Westbrook, $9,600 – Westbrook avoided playing a back to back by sitting out against Memphis yesterday. I fully expect Westbrook to get a massive workload in this game to help Harden not carry this offense on back to back nights. $9,600 is expensive, but this feels like a Russell Westbrook triple-double kind of night.

CJ McCollum, $6,800 – McCollum has an amazing price tag against Houston. With 42 fantasy points against Charlotte on Monday and a great matchup against the Rockets, $6,800 is an absolute steal tonight. Houston’s guards aren’t known for their defensive ability, so Cj might enjoy quite a successful night.

Carmelo Anthony, $6,200 – Revenge game? Former Rocket, Carmelo Anthony, should want to have a big game against Houston to show them what they got rid of. Melo has had a combined 76 fantasy points in his last two games. I believe Melo will be the top scorer in tonight’s game, even over Harden, Dame, and Russ.
