In what was an excellent pre-season hit-out in Utah, the Portland Trail Blazers dealt to the Utah Jazz with a 126-118 win. Managing to get all of the fit members of the squad minutes, this was a very strong offensive performance. Lets take a close at the individual grades from last night.

Hassan Whiteside was a mixed bag in this game. A beast on the defensive boards, he matched up well with Rudy Gobert. Deterring Goberts shot on a few occasions he showed good hands to knock balls away and make himself big around the rim. He did look slow up and down the court though and seemed to lack energy on offense. His return of five points and 11 rebounds was good in 16 minutes before he succumbed to a minor injury. He will need to work his way up to game fitness ASAP.. . . HASSAN WHITESIDE. B-
