Where will the Portland Trail Blazers fall within the hyper competitive Western Conference playoff picture this time around?

This has to be one of the most anticipated NBA seasons in recent history with so much movement of superstars occurring over this past summer.

A reset in the NBA like this hasn’t happened in recent history. The league finally has found a level of parity we haven’t seen this century and it can all be a bit overwhelming from a preparation standpoint.
