After this hectic offseason, it can be hard to keep up with this new-look Portland Trail Blazers. Here’s everything you need to know for next season.

Phew, wasn’t this offseason a wild ride? Even outside of the Portland Trail Blazers media sphere, NBA news erupted and dominated headlines for weeks on end. When it was all said and done, this summer involved more big transactions than we’ve ever seen before and would make for one historic NBA offseason.

The 2019 NBA Draft probably gave us the first the signs this wasn’t any standard procedure. The draft lottery shook things up in a big way, sending the New Orleans Pelicans skyrocketing up the draft board to land the freshman phenom out of Duke — Zion Williamson.

The draft also proved kind to the Blazers, as highly touted prospect and former top five recruit Nassir Little fell right in Portland’s lap. The Blazers would follow this up with an aggressive free agency period by making big signings and trades that would completely shake up the way the roster was constructed.

Three surprise trades and a handful of new signings have completely shaken up Portland’s roster, making it a bit hard to expect what’s in store for next season.

That being said, this revamped Portland Trail Blazers team should be all the better for it once they settle into their new roles. Let’s try and make sense of all these moving pieces and figure which role they will play in the season to come.

All minute per game projections are based off previous seasons and each player’s expected role with the team, but at the end of the day are still what they are — just projections.
