Keldon Johnson: Kentucky, Guard/Forward

After opening the year as a projected top 10 pick, Keldon Johnson did not show enough to warrant himself to stay in that range. However, he did showed some clear skills that definitely warrant a first round pick, and could realistically be selected by Portland. Over his freshman year at Kentucky, Johnson showed potential shooting the lights out of the ball at the beginning of the year, but cooling down as the season came to an end.

While this drastic drop in efficiency swayed some evaluators off of him, I still believe he can become a good shooter with minor tweaks. While he measured in smaller than expected at the combine, he is still a very athletic player who is aggressive and competitive on the defensive end. If he can develop his creation skills and improve his decision making, he could be a solid wing, which are always valuable in this current iteration of the NBA.
