The Chicago Bulls curiously have a decent player or prospect at each postion: Zach LaVine, Lauri Markkanen, Wendell Carter, Otto Porter, and Kris Dunn, so the front office will simply take the best player available and not draft according to need.
Cam Reddish is definitely the top ranked prospect left on the board at this point in the draft. He is a microwave scorer, who does an exceptional job of getting to the free throw line. He is a good shooter and can create his own shot on a regular basis. His elite athleticism and size raise his draft stock, as well. Front offices will point to his 6′ 7″ height, 7′ 1″ wingspan, and athleticism when considering his defensive potential.
Reddish’s shooting percentages at Duke have been troublesome. He is shooting only 35.6% from the field and 34% from three this season, which is concerning considering that he has had the luxury of playing alongside RJ Barrett and Zion Williamson. Reddish is also prone to taking questionable shots or holding onto the ball for too long.
