Three-point Shooting

Matt Kamalsky wrote the following about Bullock in a scouting report for DraftExpress:

"His ability to spread the floor, make open shots, and be opportunistic finding easy baskets jumps off the page immediately."

Bullock shot 43.6% from three in his final season at the University of North Carolina, and it is safe to say that his ability to stretch the floor has been apparent from the beginning.

It is now 2019, and Bullock is still shooting the lights out. He is making 2.5 threes per game at a 38.4% clip. Last season, he shot 44.5% from deep and made 2.0 threes per game.

Bullock’s ability to stretch the floor would be a welcome addition to the Blazers rotation. Portland’s current starting small forward is Maurice Harkless. Harkless is only 30.8% from three on a far lower volume. Portland’s offense would be even scarier with Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum continuing to collapse opposing defenses while being able to kick it out to Bullock, who makes 39.7% of his catch and shoot threes.
