The Portland Trail Blazers are 2-0, but they still trail the Denver Nuggets for first place in the division. How does the division line up after a week of play?

Denver has started out hot, winning their first three games, including a 100-98 win over defending champs Golden State Warriors. Nikola Jokic is having an incredible season so far, averaging 26.3 points, 10.3 rebounds and 7.3 assists per game. Fellow center Paul Millsap is also averaging a double-double, with10 points and 10.7 rebounds per game. Five Nuggets are averaging at least 10 points per game.

Along with the win over the Warriors, the Nuggets triumphed over the Los Angeles Clippers in their season opener 107-98, before opening their home slate of games with a 119-91 win over the Phoenix Suns. Denver’s +13 points differential is second in the NBA, and with a marque win over the Warriors, Denver has taken the early lead in the Northwest Division.

Denver (3-0) hosts the Sacramento Kings on Tuesday before traveling to Los Angeles to take on LeBron and the Lakers
