Dame and CJ are ready for the regular season

If one thing is for sure about the Blazers elite backcourt this preseason, it’s that they mean business.

Against the Jazz, both Lillard and McCollum had their way offensively. They combined for 44 points on 17-for-24 shooting.

Lillard was especially dominant. He had seven assists, shot four-for-five from deep, and boasted a team-best +22.0 plus-minus. McCollum added four assists himself.

If this is what the Rip City duo looks like in preseason, hopefully they’ll look even better when the games mean something and they’re playing more than 25 minutes.
