Jerami Grant, SF, Oklahoma City Thunder

Jerami Grant is a 24-year-old, former second-round pick who just finished the final year of his rookie contract. He played in 81 games (one start) for Portland’s Northwest Division rival, the Oklahoma City Thunder.

The 6-foot-8, 210-pound Grant contributed modestly for the Thunder, recording 8.4 points and 3.9 rebounds in 20.3 minutes per game. He’s an excellent shooter from the floor, though, hitting 53.5 percent of his field goal attempts. He struggles from deep (29.1 percent three-point shooting) and the free-throw line (67.5 percent).

Grant, who comes from an accomplished basketball family, has shown improvement in his field goal and free-throw shooting percentages and should intrigue the Blazers if they can get him at a good price.
