Keita Bates-Diop hails from Ohio State. He’s listed at 6-foot-8 and sports an enormous wingspan.

Bates-Diop missed the final 18 games of his junior season at Ohio State with a stress fracture in his left leg. He took a redshirt year and was a semifinalist for the Naismith Player of the Year award last season.
But injuries continue to crop up for Bates-Diop — even during interviews.

But once he’s on the court, it’s his length — and that wingspan — that’s really turning heads. Bates-Diop mentioned that as an asset.
“I’ve got a lot of good feedback on my versatility,” Bates-Diop said. “My length is really big offensively and defensively.”
