The Blazers finished 49-33 this season. That was good enough for the Northwest Division crown and the third seed in the Western Conference.

It must be said, however, that they were just a few games from being shut out of the playoffs altogether.

And that’s Portland’s season in a nutshell: a lot of bad along with the good.
