Dame to Milwaukee?

Let’s start off with probably the least untrue rumor that arose.

Frank Isola noted a rumored trade of Lillard to the Bucks centered around injured forward Jabari Parker. There had been other reports of the Blazers listening to offers for Lillard, but listening versus negotiating are two very different things.

Straight up, Lillard is the face of franchise. Lillard got a huge extension, has championed his love of Portland from shoes to stating his allegiance, and even in a song.

I think a Lillard trade will never happen as long as he doesn’t say he wants one. Let’s hope that moment never happens.

I believe he is committed to Portland, for better or worse.

And besides, is an injured Jabari Parker even in the same universe as a healthy Damian Lillard? (No. Not even close.)
