The Trail Blazers featured a youthful lineup packed with international stars in the late 2000’s. This infusion of colorful youth brought about the birth of the “Three-Goggle”. Rookie Patty Mills was the first to coin the signature look by placing his hand to his face with three fingers extended.
Rudy Fernandez and Nic Batum are the most memorable participants in this era. The rookie tandem combined for an impressive 221 three pointers. This colorful expression made the Blazers a fun watch late in the decade.
