7. Maurice Harkless
When I got a notification on my phone that Portland had traded for Harkless, I was less that inspired. Yet, when I saw that they had to give up literally nothing to get him, my intrigue level went up. A disappointment in Orlando, Maurice has a chance to redeem himself in Portland. Lucky for him, his new team is desperate for talent at the wing, and should get a solid opportunity to put up some good numbers.
