5. Tim Frazier

Stats W/O Lillard: 5.8 PPG/3.5 APG/4.5 RPG

Frazier’s high ranking is mostly due to his efforts against the Hawks on the 21st. He played the entire game, and pitched in a well-rounded stat line of 12 points, 7 assists, and 7 rebounds. That was a game in which Frazier was the only true point guard active for Portland, as both Lillard and McCollum were out with injuries. At this point, it’s safe to say that Frazier isn’t an offensive juggernaut. Heck, he isn’t even an average player on the offensive end. Yet, he still provides value as a gritty backup who can provide toughness while facilitating the ball effectively.
