For a small market team like Portland it’s important to shoot for the stars (Hassan Whiteside), while still keeping more realistic options on the table. Another important factor teams must consider this time of year is the age of their roster. How much will this player be worth in four years? Will their contract match their production? The question for the Trail Blazers is: Does this player fit the career arc of our stars – Damian Lillard and CJ McCollum? At the ripe ages of 25 and 24 respectively, there aren’t a whole lot of quality options for Neil Olshey and his staff to target. Luckily, RCP has put together a list of available players that would fit quite nicely into the red and black.

Let’s now take a look at some players who are still under 25 years of age.
