Lillard remains atop the power rankings despite a few poor shooting nights. Overall, his November shooting percentage is .424%. Sprinkled in there though, are games in which he shot .316% and .182%. One could even argue that the Blazers lost to the Bulls purely on Dame’s cold shooting down the stretch. Nevertheless, no one on this roster went out and outplayed him for the top spot, so he finds himself back at number 1. Oh, and he had two double-doubles, which certainly doesn’t hurt his case.
