UPS & DOWNS OF LAMARCUS ALDRIDGE

LaMarcus Aldridge is widely regarded as one of the most consistent big men in the NBA. On any given night, he is good for 20-25 points and 8-12 rebounds with little fluctuation. However; in this series, Aldridge has been unpredictable, scoring 40+ points in back-to-back games, but just 8 on Wednesday night. We are not used to this sort of production at either end of the spectrum. As the best player on the Portland Trail Blazers, he holds his team’s fate in his hands. A big part of why this series has been so unpredictable is because Aldridge himself has been.
