The Philadelphia 76ers could be the most active team of all at the trade deadline. Though Thaddeus Young has asked to be traded, it is far more likely that the Sixers will part with Evan Turner. They’ve got Young locked down through next season at a minimum, but Turner will walk this summer when he doesn’t receive his qualifying offer. Philadelphia wants something in return for him while they have leverage, and they’re not going to trade both he and Young in the same go. Turner has garnered interest from the Charlotte Bobcats, who have an abundance of first-rounders at their disposal.

The Sixers are likely to include Spencer Hawes in a bundle with Evan Turner if they can find the right buyer. With would-have-been #1 draft pick Nerlens Noel on the mend, and Hawes’ contract up at the end of the season, there’s approximately a 0% chance that they’ll re-sign him for what he’s worth to another team. Hawes is not part of their rebuilding effort, but he can still serve a purpose if there are any takers at the deadline. The New Orleans Pelicans and Denver Nuggets are among teams in need of floor spacing big man.
