ESPN Panel: Blazers 10th in West

An expert panel made of 215 ESPN contributors predicts the Blazers will finish 10th in the West.

The panel, which includes ESPN senior writers J.A. Adande and Henry Abbott and commentator Michael Wilbon among other notables, pegged the Blazers to finish with a 38-44 record, five more wins than last season.

The panel also predicts that hat Minnesota and Dallas will squeak ahead of Portland for the 8 and 9 seeds, that Golden State will notch 50 wins, and that the Lakers will finish in 12th and win only two fewer games than the Blazers.
