With the draft just two days away, and free agency beginning in under a week, we at Rip City Project would like to share our ideas for making the 2013-2014 Blazers the best they can be. Portland is in a unique position where just about anything could happen. As you read through our ideas, bear with our thoroughness, because you will have the opportunity to vote for your favorite plan on the final page. You can vote for Jason ‘the long-winded’, Kevin ‘the small market blockbuster’, or myself (David) ‘the correct choice.’ May you enjoy our ideas, and may the best man win. Let’s get started.
