Passing this along, for those who needed an update on the Rudy/Toronto deal. Jonathan Givony of DraftExpress tweeted the following about 15 minutes ago:
Portland-Toronto Rudy Fernandez trade is “dead.” Not happening. Portland is continuing to be very active, as is Oklahoma City.
Seems like we’ve seen this a lot today but yet another rumor attached to the Blazers is deflated. It does sound as if Rudy and #22 is being shopped around the league. The probability of Rudy Fernandez staying in a Blazer uniform past tonight remains slim, we just know he won’t be crossing the border.
