Watching the game I felt as if the team was just floating throughout the first half, with no real purpose to their actions. Clearly the Nuggets were out of sync to start, but instead of attacking them hard we settled for missed jumpers. Oden had some great chances at the rim in the first half but couldn't convert. Roy nonchalantly dribbled the perimeter looking for teammates instead of looking to get it going early. Aldridge was the biggest disappointment for me. Hasn't he learned yet to get it going in the paint before he starts shooting 20 footers? I really felt we should have been ahead by 10-15 points at the half, but when I saw the lead was only 1 I knew we were in trouble. I'm disappointed, but the silver lining is that we played horribly and only lost by 3. If we can figure out the roles and play with more purpose throughout the game, we can be a the superior team on most nights. A game of missed opportunities.
