Im not sure but Portland offered Hedo a 5 year 50 million dollar deal and Lamar is looking for 10 million per year, so we definitely have the money under the cap. I just feel that he is so very similar but younger and more athletic and better defensively than Hedo. They should really look harder at him. He has the chance to really push the Blazers far.

What a blessing!!! How does the salary cap work? Is it use or lose it? Can we use it in a trade for an expensive player?

The other free agent that Portland should really try to land is Lamar Odom. He is a very similar player to Hedo but more athletic, there is a character flag here, but with the already tight core of players the Blazers have, I doubt that one player can ruin that. He can defend multiple positions and has a lot in his offensive arsenal. I really like him and he could help the Blazers as much as Hedo would have.
