Evans is nice and in my brain could fall anywhere between as high as 6-13 and I wouldn’t be surprised.

Good point about DeMar, our thinking was that drafting DeMar would essentially be confessing that Corey Brewer was a failure and we feel that with only a year and 15 games under his belt (and that injury) they aren’t ready to raise the white flag on Brewer. Plus they badly need a PG. Sebastian Telfair and Kevin Ollie is not cutting it, not even in video games.

Whatever position Evans falls into, I’m certain he’s one of the top “basketball” players in the draft.

Yeah, I like Demar at #9 too but Minny would be smart to take him. He has to be an eventual upgrade of Gomes and whoever else they got.

I herd a lot of GMS interested in Tyreke evans and Jonny flynn who will be an explosive guard and he makes up for his height with his athletcism . . . Also I herd Knicks wont be getting curry, he’s stock has sky rocket right now and i herd the knicks looking very hard at Jonny flynn and Jru holiday. . .

Toronto Raptors — DeMar DeRozan DeRozan in Toronto makes sense on a couple different levels. One, because Toronto says they would take him if he was available. The second is that Toronto has no wing players to speak of. None. With the exit of the Matrix, they are looking at Anthony Parker, Jason Kopono (Editors note: this was written before Kopono was traded for Reggie Evans) and Joey Graham as their wings. I’m being a little harsh but you definitely don’t want Parker and Kopono to be ‘the man’. They can contribute but you don’t want that to be all you have in the cupboard. DeRozan here could be a home run for the Raptors. DeRozan didn’t really impress me that much this season until his play in the Pac-10 Tournament and boy did he explode then. To me it seems like he may pull a Derrick Rose and his game will end up being tailor made for the league instead of college. He has all of the tools in his toolbox to be a really good pro. Either way the Raptors need to pick him here. [...]
