Behind the Locker Room Door is over

It’s a sad day for us all, as Jason Quick had been bringing up some award-winning journalism, but he doesn’t go out without one last offering. I completely understand why Quick is stopping. The influx of national and part-time media during the playoffs tends to overexpose even the smallest stories while preventing the moments that Quick has been showing from ever even happening. It was definitely a column built for the grind of the regular season.

I hope he goes back to it next year. It is seriously enjoyable reading.

I agree…but I’m actually kind of glad Quick ended it on a high-note before it jumped the shark or became an issue. Still fascinating reads and I wonder if it will come back next year.
