Well that's just a poorly written rule. It bothers me that they can't review a play that could affect the outcome of the game just because there is not 0:00 on the clock. (2) A field goal made with no time remaining on the clock (0:00) at the end of the first, second and third periods. This is the 'Section 1' that 'Section II' was referring to. Because the clock did not read 0:00 when Finley made that shot, it does not trigger the automatic review. Oh yeah,
