That’s the number of home wins the Blazers have this year. It’s also the most home wins the Blazers have had since moving into the Rose Garden in 95. Nothing like a little history on your way to the playoffs.
And your REALLY?!? moment for the day comes from the Sacramento Kings. You remember that post a couple days back? The one where I broke down the schedule of the bottom of the Western Conference and whether they could help/hurt the Blazers. I did that to avoid taking notes in class, but still. Anyways…it almost happened. The Kings almost did it last night. They almost beat the Hornets. Beno Udrih decided to be clutch and hit a runner with 1.8 seconds left. And then Andres Nocioni decided to give us this moment…
REALLY, Nocioni?!?! How long have you been in the league?!! With the game on the line you switch everything?!?! Really?! Didn’t pay attention during the timeout?!?! Didn’t see everyone else on the court switching?!?! Honestly…watch the clip. Spencer Hawes is all like ‘SWITCH, SWITCH, SWITCH’ and Nocioni is all like ‘Que?!?’ and David West is all like “You ain’t going nowhere” and Rasual Butler is all like “Cash flow, it’s a celebration b*tches” and Kings fans are all like “FML + ruined Vlade Divac night + tears” and Nocioni is all like “Oopsie poodles slash damn slash man no one is gonna want to eat dinner with me slash I can’t wait to get out of here.”
So thanks for that Andres.
